If you are looking for a job where no day is the same, where you can work as part of the team, and where you can help shape the future of education at East Barnet School, then you have come to the right place! Working at EBS is more than just a job; we are a family. We look after each other, nurture each other and help each other to achieve. If you are interested in joining #TeamEBS, then keep scrolling!
We are constantly searching for candidates with the personal attributes we are looking for. If you think you have these qualities, we would love to hear from you.
East Barnet School is located in the London Borough of Barnet in East Barnet and is serviced by great train, underground and bus transport links. Being based in the outskirts of London means we benefit from a more rural location whilst being only a short train journey into the centre of London.
For those who drive, we have an ample free car park, and we have bike racks for those who choose to cycle.
EBS is fully accessible in all areas for disabled staff. Our on-site car park also has 3 dedicated disabled parking spaces; please display a blue badge when parking in a disabled space.
There are plenty of local shops and supermarkets in the surrounding area around the school, and a great view across East Barnet from our floor to ceiling panoramic Library window.
All of our vacancies are advertised on the TES and on our Twitter. The job list below is embedded directly from the TES website, so if it says ‘No results’, unfortunately there are no current vacancies. All of our applications must be completed via the TES website. If you are having difficulties, please contact us, and we will help.
If you are looking for a bit more information on what we have to offer at EBS, feel free to check out our recruitment brochure below. Here you will find more details about our coaching and leadership programme, along with an introduction from our Headteacher.
The BeReady Kickstart for Schools scheme is an initiative that allows schools to get one or more fully-funded support staff aged 16-24 for up to 18 months. These extra staff members are provided in 6-month work placements as part of the government’s £2 billion Kickstart scheme.
At EBS we have taken this opportunity to appoint staff under this scheme in IT, Catering, Design and Technology and Facilities.
